Fidget Spinners: What They Are, And How They Came To Be

Fidget spinners... One of the biggest trends here today. I remember the good ol' times when fidget cubes where "the bomb" and there was barely a fidget spinner in sight. But you must be wondering, how did they become so popular? Luckily, I know the answer!
Fidget spinners are similar to the one shown above. This is the first fidget spinner to ever exist. Now, they have evolved in to different colors, shapes, etc. The tri-spinner is the most popular, and personally, it is the easiest to use, and find.
Fidget spinners were originally meant for kids who had ADHD and Autism. Kids with ADHD/Autism can get easily distracted and always need to be doing something. Fidget spinners helped them focus in class as they were now doing multiple things during their classes.
I, myself, as many others, were intrigued by these spinny-toys and asked the owners what they were, and where they got it. Kids asked their parents to get them, and the cycle started all over again.
What has come of these spinners are very sad. They are now EVERYWHERE! I swear, I can't have a nice train ride of 7 stops, without seeing at least ten people spinning their little toys. Even parents have them, I mean, c'mon! It has even gotten to the point where people BOND over fidget spinners! Everyday, a similar conversation as of below happens at last 3 times in my presence.

Kid 1: *sees kid 2 spinning a spinner*
Kid 1: Hi! I like your fidget spinner! I have a fidget spinner too!
Kid 2: Thanks! I have a the same one as yours at home! My fidget spinner is purple, but I am going to get a pink one for my birthday!
Kid 1: Really? Me too. Are fidget spinners banned at your school? They are banned at mine!
Kid 2: Yeah! I have another fidget spinner in my bag, wanna see it?
Kid 1: Okay!
Kid 2: *takes out second fidget spinner*
Kid 2: Isn't it cool?
Kid 1: yeah! Those are called metallic bi-spinners! My friend has one!
Kid 2: It changes different colors when your spin it, see?
Kid 1: Cool! Wanna be friends?
Kid 2: Yeah!
(both kids make their parents exchange numbers)

Like seriously?! What has society come to? Fidget spinners have even become a meme!
I really like how the last one embraces LGBTQ and straight but not fidget sinners! LMAO!
Well anyway, there you have it. The rise and still rising fidget spinner trend! Some people love it, some people hate it, but all is fair in love and war!
